Winnen & Co develops projects in which you can participate. The objects that are bought are mainly in Amsterdam, are small (4 to 20 houses), and are resistant to crises. As much value as possible is added by maximizing the use of the object. Large-scale renovation is also underway. The use of high-quality materials and sustainability is central to this.
